Leasing Timer

I'm new to renting property and I want to make sure I don't lose my happy when the lease runs out. I'm curious if on the last day, it tells me how many hours until my lease runs out, or if it expires at a certain time always? I'm curious because I want to make sure I get a new spot and get moved in to maintain my happy. I also want to maximize the time in my rented property so I'm not wasting money.

I have not rented property for a long time so this may be outdated.

It does not tell you how many hours are left, it shows 0 day (or 1 day?) Left and ends at 3:30 tct

I finished renting a PI about a month ago and received one event about a day before the lease expired.

The next notification you receive is simply to say the lease is expired.

I personally would make arrangements as soon as I get the first notification, with a view to being out by 00.00 TCT.

I rent out my villas to new players often. I always get a notification that the lease has ended at 03:30am tct. So, that is the time that you'll get kicked from your rented property.
