Ok so i was given this mission but im unable to do it. It says it easy but i cannot hit the target at all. I keep hitting but all shots are missed while the target can easily hit me but no damage so that's some good for me. He wears a helmet so i cant use pepper spray. I have 2 days in hand. I asked helped from faction but it dint work. i have to beat this guy my self but i cant. I cant even use the speed injection thingy cause i haven't done that biology major yet. If torn city staff could change the mission for me or if not no worries. let me know if there are ways i can do it at my state.. i hate failing it.. i was also told without a balanced stats mission targets wont be easy and here i am with that issue.

Have someone attack and leave them, to knock their health down, then attack them when they get out of hospital.

Using above suggestion at the same time should help also.

i asked a faction member attack him but that dint help as the target dodges all my attacks. His speed and dex are way higher then mine. That's why i asked if this quest could be changed.

Most missions are potential learning moments, this one calls for a coordinated gang attack

The target's stats are reduced with each attacker joining, up to a certain point. Have your friends join and use any non-damage temp, it doesn't matter that it's ineffective, the action will reduce his stats just because of the gang attack factor

Once all your friends have done an action, hit with the most accurate weapon you can get your hands on

Have you tried Smoke or Flash grenades, I don't think they're blocked by the motorcycle helmet and might stop their hits connecting...
