So I've taken out 6/7 targets for my Mission called Drug Problem, and the time expires in 45 minutes. The last target has been hospitalized for 2 hours, which runs past the end of the mission time. Am I just boned on this one?

P.S. they have revives turned off too

Yeah, pretty much boned. Keep in mind that the targets can be taken by other people, since it's a free country. And plan accordingly.
