Are we not getting more racking skill after reaching to 10, even when we won?

no, you continue gaining racing skill. don't know that anyone has found the cap, if there is one.
You gain more skill - but the higher you go the less you earn per race, and it's only rounded to a single decimal place, so it'll take longer and longer to notice a change.
The skill is distance traveled not races won its the points that you get for placing 1st 2nd or 3rd
it gets slower after 10. instead of .01 it stays at 10 until you get to 10.1, 10.2 etc
I'm pretty sure the gains are similar to (but not the same as) the hunting skill ratio.
Takes a lot of races for me to gain 0.1 skill. Or if my job special comes in with a free 0,5 that is a mega bonus :)
Is there a skill cap? Good question. All eyes on Data. He has by far the highest Racing Skill in this game and will hit any cap before any of us noobs :)

the amount of RS decreases exponentially the more experience you gain.
So in the begining its normal to get .4 RS per race.....but after 10, you may get .1 RS per 5 100 lap long races
You still get more exp...i know people with 15+, im sure others know people even much higer

Mine was 17.1 just yesterday and as you see it has increased to 17.2 so yes we still gain after 10. I cannot say for certain how many races it took to gain that 0.1 skill though as I haven't been paying attention. The only reason my racing skill has increased lately is the TV station job special.
My racing skills is 25 and it takes days of consistent racing to raise it 0.1 of a point.

Isn't 25 good enough to win u random tournaments n the URT of course or should noobs like me steel up to the point where we burn our tires, melt our rims, tear our seats n finally bleed our asses as we drag them through the races aiming at what .... 30 RS i guess?
you aim for data's racing skill somewhere in the 70's
depending on the type of qualifier is held for the urt tournament, high racing skill matters more.
If it's qualifying with 100 laps you have to be really lucky against higher racing skill people. Shorter qualifying races give you better odds.

You'd be surprised. It's not nearly enough. I tried a few races during URT and didn't even finish close to the top.
I have decent RS but a better goal at this point is to have the right car with the right upgrades for the right tracks. It takes a lot more effort joining races every hour but having a car for each track will be worth it.

I barely race but have 27.1 racing skill just from working in a TV station for years.
