Idk if this was brought to light but, A lvl 4 scope costs about 5k or something points which gives 1.75acc and a lvl 1 flash is mere 400 and does -3 to acc.. Which part of this says 'balanced'?
And if i may add to this, Tripod giving a plus 2 acc for -30% dex seems abit off too. A plus two acc isn't much compared to that dex lost

I would think, during regular use, +1.75 accuracy for you is more helpful than -5.00 accuracy to the opponent. At least that's how I, and I presume everyone who reviewed the mod effects feel.
All mods feel fairly well balanced to me, each being useful in certain situations. Buit you're more than welcome to gather public opinion in a suggestion however.

Might be wiser to put in a suggestion thread and get a feel from the community, the accuracy changes were made quite some time ago. But we can perhaps get an opinion from Joe like we did for Tracer Ammo changes.
True only the flash mod recuses acc, But combined with a flash grenade the impact is greater and since everybody with 5m on hand can buy a moto help dex temp reducers are pointless.
As for making a suggestion everybody that has 5b dex and 200m on the rest will be against it don't you think?
