Hello,can any1 clarify me does upgrading/hiering maids,guards and battlers have any effect ingame?,

All property upgrades such as interior, airstrips and vault, along with any staff upgrades add to your maximum happy.
It increases happy on your property. And some give other advantages: pilot needed for benefit of thé airstrip
Some staff give more happiness like maids but others like doctor and pilot decrease time taken to heal and fly from a private airstrip respectively.
