What the title says. Is there a chance of Easter eggs appearing during the flight (the page where you see a plane) or eggs appearing in newspaper/forums/others accessed through a laptop?

Yes. Eggs can appear anywhere, even when flying.

Flying is a great place for them to spawn because the page doesn't scroll. So no chance of it being on the bottom of the page you can't see.
