Get yourself to level 15. Fly to make some income funnel that into your business.

Cut your prices and maybe you might earn a profit after you build your customer base. If not scrap it and move on

They could have easily turn a profit. The thing is everyone is impatient and wants the top tier best of the best NOW. We all know that top tier companies in any company type will not take a lower stat player unless they are going to get some.kind of benefit from them being there.
What the OP could have done is hired newbies and trained them up. Yes it would take longer but they could have succeeded.
