I have also experienced this glitch. As recent as 15/04/20. I have noticed it more on my PC than mobile.

Then it will bounce back to appropriate E/N/H/Life. Sucks if you think you can attack or train or do crimes.

Does this still occur at all? Also have you tried clearing your browser's cache please?

Yes it still is occurring. Cache is cleared, all updates have been done.

While browsing the bounty board the standard regen every 5/10minutes keeps showing extra gain than there should be. This is a gif of it happening, recorded 7 seconds of my energy regening.

Bug

Browse the bounty board -> keep clicking different pages of targets -> the gains show on the 00:00 like shown.

These do reset back to the natural amount once refreshed

Took Xanax this morning, the item dissapeared from my inventory but i didnt get a boost in energy. Still lost the xan and have a drugs CD right now

You need to wait for your nerve to increase before you can attempt this crime.
You will have enough nerve in 00:04:44.
For a Arson which is 11!

I have this too. E jumps up with 10E and then, not a second later drops 5E. Nerve does the same. It goes uowith 2 nerve and drops 1 nerve shortly after. It's very confusing...

Please fix!
