I cannot replicate this issue. This is perhaps because your spouse does not own any other property, that's the only difference between mine and your POV? Can you please check under All Properties on whether you can see two Shacks.
Can you please also check on another browser or try clearing your browser cache (just to be sure it isn't a caching issue)?

there isnt two shacks which is another reason i was confused.
