buying trains from a company director
As No_Yolo says, the best way is to buy trains of a company director, however this can be expensive.
The best, cheapest option is to get to the top level of the Education career, and use your job points to buy the extra stats.

When you are in a company, there is a daily increase even without a director train. If your stats are under the minimum for the position you hold, then you will only get a fraction of the natural daily increase. So if your stats are low, then you should look for positions with low minimums. This will result in getting a larger natural daily gain.
If your stats are 60% of the minimum the you would get 60% of the daily gain.
If your stats are 60% of the minimum the you would get 60% of the daily gain.
Not sure if best is accurate but definitely cheapest, tbh a company with rotational trains and good perks is preferable over this imo.
thanks for the advice, i know this game takes time, im not tryin to rush, i just want to make sure im doing it the smart way. current job pays 135k a day and has rotational training. im guessing thats good, i dont know
