new job cant do it but same ad is applicable to people in 10* property brokers
Using a special from the company i work in i can upgrade properties for 10% less, for this service i am charging 5% of the combined total of upgrades (excluding members of my faction). An example of this would be if i was upgrading a yacht for a PI it would be 83m less and a 41m fee.
