EXPENSIVE ITEMS ABROAD

When you're abroad, have you ever wondered why do the items with higher price than their current value even exist?
So, than we could make some money from them if we could pack some items before heading abroad and sell them there. We would have double benefits by selling and buying items.

Too much profit? What about reducing the difference between values and prices?

I think the answer is plain. You can bring all of the drugs, firearms, weapons, and stolen items you want in to TORN, but please leave it here.

I think the reason why the value of those items is lower, is because there is little demand for them. If you were able to take the items from Torn and sell them abroad, then what would happen when there was none of that item left in Torn? Do you think demand for that item would go up and people would start importing them again? So then it could become an endless cycle of importing and exporting.

I'm not against this idea, but I'm not really for it either. I think it would be better to make those items useful somehow so the value goes up.

This sounds like we need a new mission giver that needs you to fly overseas and bring him back a dozen dartboards, or pele charms, or sumo dolls.

But he only needs special things like EDVDs and laptops and such. A new mission contractor that needs the junk in large amounts would create a market in Torn that would drive the price up until it hits a balance point where it would be cheaper overseas.

yea, I agree. Maybe they allow us to do something overseas instead of just sell.
The moment, we can sell it overseas, the prices in torn will just increase.
