I dont know how, but after an OD when i boarded plane to zurich for rehab, the plane was biv red plane and time to zurich was above 3.5 hours. Needless to mention here that i have a PI of 5025 happiness.

Please look into it if its some sort of bug or if i made any mistake please let me know so that the same dont get repeated

Not the issue. I could travel in ordinary flight and could buy only 5 items

You must have been on the wrong tab and not taken your private plane

This is the more likely explanation, red plane means you took a standard flight. You selected the travel from wrong tab on the Travel agency page.

Thanks but even its wrong plane, i should be able to buy 15 items, whereas i could buy only
5

If you fly out using Standard flight, you can only buy your default number of items (which is 5). Owning a PI doesn't equate to +10 items by default, you only get to carry +10 items if you took a flight from your PI.
