When I click on initiate a chat with somebody, sometimes the chat box does not open. Even after refreshing the page or waiting a bit.

Can you clear your browser cache and see if you can replicate the bug?
Also have you tried on different devices/browser to see if you have the same issue?

The bug only appears to happen on my Laptop. As for the browser, I am using Google Chrome. I have cleared my browser cache and could not replicate the bug. The chat box glitch also doesn't appear too frequently.

Can you ensure the chat is not already open on another device or browser and close it there if it is? Should be able to open it just fine after that!
