My guess is due to hoarding of most LSC stock among the wealthy who are looking to sell and the fact it is reasonably priced means more can buy it. Which eventually leads to fewer needing it because no one can really use more than one and the surplus that was once income is starting to slip into loss. This leads to the competition of the seller markets to recover their investments further driving down the market value in a fairly quick manner.
There has also been an increase of player base in Torn City, which could also simply mean with the increase of buyers the competition to be the seller also increases.
Possibly a combination of both... it's all speculation

The Bookie 2.1 release and the end of Corona outbreak might spike the stock atleast 400 - 500 %. Hoard it up, might get lucky.
