Expending both more energy, and some nerve allows you to explore the harsher areas of the dump, allowing you to find higher quality items. Perhaps you have the base five energy, then every five energy + 1 nerve you spend, increases your ability to find a high value item by 1%.

Or perhaps, you can have the options: Normal search, Deep search and risky search.
- Normal search: 5 energy with low chance of higher value items
- Deep search: 10 energy with better chance of high value items, but you can still get a fruitcake.
- Risky search: 10 Energy + 2 Nerve with the best chance of high value but also a chance of ending up in hospital for a time range.

terrible suggestion the dump is good as it is
