    Can confirm after locking a thread then refreshing the page it does not show as locked. Not specific to faction forums, I think all forums are affected. Passing to Xepa4ep

I have been editing a forum thread and gone back today to do some more when i noticed it was not locked, im sure i did it when i finished editing yesterday. I though i must not have and continued to edit and when i went to lock it i get the thread locked message but the the page refreshes (with the loader dots) and the thread is unlocked, tried again and the same thing happens so i can not lock the thread.

Win 7 64 using Opera browser (up to date).
