I could've sworn there was a nice big button somewhere on the faction pages that said "Apply." Since the applications were updated, I can't actually find a way to apply to them. Am I missing something, or is it borked?

I believe you have to be faction-less to get the button in the new system. Since you are already in a faction, it doesn't make sense to have an Apply button for another faction.
Huh. I could’ve sworn I left my faction already. O went And hit the “leave faction” button days ago. It must not have taken. Well problem solved then. Thanks.
