I believe visiting your Criminal records page and then the Awards page > Crimes category should trigger the Honor bar.
Do you have an update on this issue? Is it resolved?

All things considered do you honestly think that I would have to come back and ask for someone else to look into this if I *hadn't* tried you unsuccessful instructions?
