It’s a unique code each time.
Attack the guy again, you should be able to interrogate him, and eventually he'll give it again. I don't know how it actually is, but I assume it's always the same chance of the target giving the codes up or not. Meaning just keep attacking and interrogating until you get the code.
Best to just open a chat and type it into that, or copy and paste is your friend.

I got the code for safe and then opened it but I have not found anything after opening the safe. How can I continue this mission?
I think you get An event saying what you Found. You need to send it to Duke
No, I don’t believe you get an event. Check your misc items, you should have something there labeled Duke (or just search Duke in your item search tab in your inventory). Send it back to Duke, whatever it is and you’ll be good to go.
I got what was in the safe but everytime I try to send it to Mii guy it wont send ... what do I do to send him what I found in safe ?
You need to type Duke, or his ID which is 4. Safe contents can only be sent to Duke.
