I really don't see it as much of an issue. There will never be a perfect balance there, and there shouldn't be imo. I don't see how you're any worse off than you were before.

There being literally no way to lower someone's dex once they wore a motocycle helmet was retarded. There was no way to block speed reductions but a cheap 10m helmet to block any sort of dex reduction. Pull your big boy pants on and suck it up. Learn to play and figure out your next move. The suggestion i made was an ADJUSTMENT to the update. You decide to just cry about it and wanna call my reply dumb lolololol.
Wearing a moto helm should automatically reduce your speed or dex, they are not designed for fighting in.
p.s, if your ever fighting someone that's wearing a moto helm IRL, grab the chin bar of the helm and rag doll that mofo.
