While you can sell losses, make sure it's allowed by your faction as some factions frown upon it.
Also, I'd say the most important for now, is train so you can hit the targets on Baldr's guide then climb to lvl 15 as soon as possible after you hit lvl 15 you'll be able to fly and make a steady income to support your path whichever way you choose to go.

Like mentioned above use Baldr’s guide for quick leveling. You want to hit lvl 15 so that you are able to Fly. Overseas Stock This link can assist you seeing which places have what in stock. This will be a good money maker at lower levels to supply your daily Xanax, points refill as well as trains depending how active you are flying.
I would save some money first from selling the plushies or flowers purchased to get a new house. Then work your way up. Better house more happiness better gym gains, or if you want cash and don’t care for combat aspects you can buy job trains and until you have 2600 Man 10k Int and 4k end you unlock revives in the Medical job.

Hey I personally believe you should start by trying to level up cause you can get a lot of money once you hit level 15! Also I see your pretty new so I would recommend you read this!
One of the fastest ways to level up (that I know) is to fight someone and to click the leave option because that gives you bonus exp unlike hospitalising someone or mugging them. Here is a list of people you can fight for exp
Keep doing that until you hit level 15
Once you hit level 15 you unlock the travel agent which will allow you to fly to different countries to buy plushies and flowers which will make you a lot of money (Here is a guide on which ones to buy)

Your faction should really be helping you with this stuff. See if they have a new player program, or just ask them for advice in the faction chat.
