I have seen Merits for Weapon EXP- What weapons are good to level etc? I assume some have rare perks

U need to finish the education for it first, and its only add acc & dmg.
weapons with perks do not need weapon exp to activate.
They just need to be used in attack.

Alsooooo, once you unlock weapon exp via education... If you work on your finishing hit merits (100 hits per category equals a merit each, and war machine is 1k in each category but it’s 1 merit overall for war machine....) you can try to max these weapons as you go too. Find my post and see the weapons as they’re recommended for the finishing hit merits anyway.
