It'd be interesting if, on a faction-basis, that the faction could have a field and a button. Once it reached certain tiers of value (say $10 million, $50 million, whatever), clicking the button would enable code on the server which would hide 10 - 20 items that are discoverable by ONLY the faction. the higher the tier, the more valuable the loot.
