Just thought of the idea of changing the basic Status message next to players. There are a few that are possible such as Okay or Hospital or Federal, but I was just thinking it would be cool to be able to customize it. Of course there could be a filter in place to avoid profanity or anything extreme, and perhaps a characters limit to like 8 since 'Hospital' is that length.
The main concept could remain the same as well, to avoid clutter and confusion, and so when in the Hospital, the text will still be red but instead the custom message would be there, like oof or smacked when in the Hospital, or vibin' or chill when Okay. I have this idea just for the sake of some more custom feel. This could help when inside a large faction maybe and looking at the wall of names just to show some more personality or just for the fun of it. Of course Federal has no purpose to change but that's a given.
