I want to increase my weapons accuracy but I don't know where to go in order to buy weapon mods like clips and suppressors

Weapon mods are only able to be purchased through mission credits.
You obtain mission credits by doing daily missions.
The mission store rotates items for you to purchase which range from all types of mods to random items to books. All these have different costs.
The items which are on special will glow. They usually indicate a good price for that item.
Best thing to do is do your missions daily and wait for the attachment or mod you want to purchase. Sometimes it can take awhile before the item you want rotates into the store.
