i take intermediet biocmistry 21day

But i have perks from:
Job: -10% Education Length
Merits: -14% Educational length

So My Educational Length should be shorter by 4-5 day
But i still take it for 21day....hour

The standard time for the Intermediate Biochemistry course is 28 days.
The time displayed when starting a new education course is the final time factored in with all of your bonuses.

Oh sory i think it writen 21 day course time on board so with -24%reduce time i should only take for 16 or 17 day only on the writen time

As I said above, the course is 28 days. With your 24% reductions, that makes it 21 days and change.
It is correct.
