Bring Back Dueling?

Should bring back the American tradition of dueling. the legal system will never work for everybody, and certainly not for criminals. would often times get more justice from a duel. the courts are way too slow and most money wins alot of times. would be a much more polite and respectful society as well. someone disrespects you in the street? duel. someone steps on you're nikes? duel. someone stealing all you're drug deals? duel. i don't really care honestly. duel for whatever. sounds good to me.

Mainly. i wanna see politicians like Moscow Mitch and Baloney Pelosi face off in a duel to the death. any politician really would be epic. very popular. would speed things up alot too. idk bout you but ied feel better voting for someone who would literally die in a duel over their beliefs 100% times more. definitely a healthy tradition for a republic.

There's nobody I want to duel, but there are a few that deserve a good glove slap.

I feel like if there's a major conflict between countries we should get a vote on weather or not our leaders have to settle it via a duel or sword fighting or a good ol fashioned punch on.

To the death of course.

The vote will require a 2/3 majority of the voting populace in order to take place. Only when the vote falls short, can the leaders resort to military action. This will make them think twice about initiating conflict.

The winners gets whatever was agreed upon, while the losers have to pay for the flight and event catering.

Good idea as long as both people agree to it. Chances are the person that deserves to get shot wouldn't agree though.

What? Of course they would. Call the odds 50/50 in a duel, the guilty party gets a coin toss against their accuser. Why wouldn't you take on the challenge if you are 'the person that deserves to get shot'? Better than actually getting shot deservedly.

As long as they can deny and say no like the yellow bellies chicken shits they probably are I fully support this. Consensual is Consensual.

But cowards are allowed to flee and hide to expose what they really are..

idk if i would want to attend the first few duels between politicians live...Id be scared the idiots wouldn't know how to aim a pistol at all an hit the bystanders.
