Is there no way to get item quality of the armor / weapons that are on bazaar / itemmarket through API?

It's such a tedious task clicking through the market to find a good deal

Nope. Not really a fix but it's better than nothing: ask a seller for a pricelist, they can pull it out from their inventory (price, quality, etc).
