Hi all,

Not sure if it's common sense or not but lately it seems to be affecting some people.
If you are using Chrome and chat keeps not working do the following:

1) Click 3 dots on the top right
2) Access More Tools
3) Clear Browsing data
4) Select the 2nd and 3rd option (Cookies and Cache, leave the first one untouched unless you really want to clear history)
5) Clear
6) CLose browser
7) Open it again, login, should be working now

It is happening to everyone, apparently the devs are working on it. It usually clears up after a few minutes.

Yeah, I was finding it strange that in my phone it was working most of the time on the same internet connection.
So decided to give it a try and see if it would help.
In my case it went from down 100% of the time to up more than 90 per cent

FYI for future reference - Ctrl-Shift-Delete opens the clear history/cache/cookies/etc menu on pretty much all browsers.
