Hello everyone,

'off the grid' is the one star special of a private security firm. It costs 20 job points and provides a 72 hours protection from bounties. This means that, for 72 hours, nobody can place a bounty on your head.
However, it does not prevent you from placing any bounties on other players, which imo it should.
What do you guys think?

1. You probably earn a lot lower salary in that job
2. It costs you job points which means you lose out in other areas of the game such as not being in a farm / oil rig / tv company specials.
3. 20 job points is a lot considering how few 7+ star private security companies there are. (7+ needed to maintain 20 points every 3 days)

This trade off makes it fair in my opinion.

this is really a non-issue

Kinda sneaky that one. See no one WANTS Joey back.

So really there are only two poll options.

Someone call Marlon!

Hmm, how many job points do you earn in it a day? If its less than 20 for 72 hours, eventually the person won't have enough to cover right?

This special used to be 48 hour protection and was buffed because it was barely used. If anything the PSF needs another buff to income so it can be more competitive. There's a reason there are so few PSF...

Going off the grid means people can't find you, you're not in the system per se (IRL type definition). It does NOT prevent you from going about your own business, of which bounty placement is included (in game).

I don't see why it should prevent anyone from placing their own bounties, especially when even if they themselves can't place bounties they can get a proxy to do it for them.
