Any links to anything like this like an advertising thread for a service? I'd happily pay. Not really got the time to invest in doing it myself but I'd pay good money for someone to f**k with him on my behalf haha.
Assuming you can deafeat your nemesis and don't care much about energy you waste, use doctorn to stakeout their activity and when online turn off stealth to let them know who you are and then strike them down. Alternate between mugs and hosps to make it more stressful. DIY approach while costly, it is also more impactful.
Get his employer to fire his ass by causing problems for them. Hosp them/pay someone to hosp/mug them whenever online. Bounty/attack their faction/company mates
Ignore him. it will hurt him more as he is not gonna have fun anymore! Ppl like him don't care about the game, about evolving in it, etc so they won't care about perma-hosp for a while. At least from my experience with them.
Someone was advertising recently that they would troll people for a fee, and claimed to have friends helping as well. Might look into that if you can find the link.
The thing is, if they've blocked you from contacting them then hiring someone to message them could be a rules violation. Be careful in how you approach it just in case.
Otherwise, try bountying their faction, co-workers, spouse, company directors etc. You'd be surprised what a little pressure from their friends can accomplish.
It also begs the question, is sending anonymous messages using the computer sciences education, covered by being blocked? So if you took all the courses and have the know how would being blocked be unlocked? Hey that rhymes, I'm a poet and didn't even know it.
Careful if you're gonna try going after the company he's in, make sure the director isn't in some rather powerful faction so they don't wreck you for disrupting their business.
Other than that, yeah, majority of the good ideas have already been listed. All you gotta do is make sure you don't piss off the wrong people connected to him which would cause you end up in similar trouble.
