Is there a good way to gauge how much money a weapon(say, a DBK) is worth based on its quality?
The worth of quality.

TMK Quality on weapons is out of whack as far as valuation goes. Accuracy tends to be valued more than damage, and higher damage can skew quality to be higher even on a lower accuracy weapon. Quality can be used more effectively on armours imo.
Even with armor, different people will list the same quality for different prices.
This is true as well. A common phrase for when people ask what a weapon/armour is worth is: "It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it."
Quality costs exponentially more.

Bottom quality (under 20% qlt) generally sells for 80% of cost, while rare ones (70%+) can sell for 40000% of cost.
