Each drug has its own over dose chance. For example Xanax is 3%. So if you take any drug enough times you will overdose. So I would say not to hard, unless you are trying to over dose on cannabis. Karty took over 8k cannabis till he finally overdosed for the merit.
So far as i can see, if you really don't want to OD when taking it, as you are about to chain/train etc. That's when you OD.
is there a chart somewhere with the percentages?
Not that I'm aware of. Xanax is pretty easy to work out as it's so popular.
