the Loan shark Duke is always telling me i owe hi first was 15,000 then 6,500,now 15,000 i never took no loan from him please fix this and get me back my money thanks you

The loan from Duke was due to unpaid property fees, if you have unpaid fees when a rented property expires they automatically get transferred to Duke:
