Hi, the Tree Huggers mission from Duke and one of the people i need to defeat is this lv 11 with very little activity.

Defeat septer [2111451]

I am lv 35 and cannot do any damage to them. I don't know if this is a bug. But now i automatically fail this mission.

not a bug, they've just got way more defense than you have strength.

not helpful for the mission, but this is a good target for you to grind out the stalemates merit on! use a high-capacity gun, too, so you can work on the rounds fired merit while you're at it.

Also you can use temp weapons to boost your strength, get others to attack to lower their stats, use Vicodin to increase yours.
