What exactly is this 'Nice Merit' and how do you get it?

Mentions: Getting the "Nice" Merit
I have met the requirements for having 69 and/or 420 in my gym stats. When does the Nice merit kick in?
You need to have 5 of them, and at least one of each (ie 69, 69, 69, 69, 420). It should kick in then.
If not, I dunno...

The numbers also can’t be in the decimal places
Lol before that merit came, i had all of them including these numbers, now its sucky to regain them again.
