It was patched once, about 3 months ago,(see link) but the racing timer is looping again. Gets to 57/56 seconds, resets to 2 minutes. Spoke with one other racer, Bones, who confirms this is happening with her race too.

Race won't start? Or timer 'jumps' once and after that 'additional' countdown race is started?
The same is happening in the official Docks race I’m entered in—the timer goes down to 50s and then resets to just under 2m.
Race will not start. Continuous return to 2 minute mark when counter reaches 56/57 seconds.
yes same here timer going down to 52 sec and then back to 1 min 52 sec so race will never start.

Same on race timer loop issue persisting. Captcha system experiencing issues right now too.
I'm having the very same problem. Race won't start - Timer counts down to about 53 seconds remaining until it is meant to begin then another minute is added onto it. Been looping like this for a few hours now.
This is happening to me now in the Sewage race I'm in - won't start - just keeps looping timer
