I need a new spouse the old is quitting.

So quit leasing properties from the Estate Agent. Get more happy for less.
Current lowest PI on market is 4225 @ $966,667 per day.

My offer
4525 happy - $20m a month. Paid at the beginning of the month.
Broken down is approx $650k per day
