He's an ungrateful thief with zero social skills or awareness. He was given multiple attempts to show that he had changed and could behave properly (after being kicked out twice for repeatedly causing shit, anti-lgbt crap and just generally being unpleasant to those trying to help him).
This last one was the final straw and now he's stolen from those trying to help him, he's being targeting repeatedly and so will anyone associated with him.
