In torn every 15 minutes.
Abroad its half the time it took for the initial item to be sold out. For example, if panda plushies sold out in 1 hour it will take 30 minutes to restocks and it restock when the clock it xx:00 xx:15 xx:30 xx:45.

i think ched adds a large amount every so often and those go in and out of circulation on the market but i'm not sure
every 15 minutes on the XX15, the stock market checks each stock.
if there is less then 10% of total stock available to buy, (0, or 500k with 10M in circulation, etc)
It then has a 1/1315? 1/1350? something like that, Chance to Drop an addition 20% of the total Stock in circulation. it creates a roll, and pass or fail.

So, in other words, its completely random, there is no set time. it could restock every 15 minutes, or it could not restock for a month.
