I just deposited multiple items into our faction vault, and anytime I deposited multiple of the same item at the same time, it reports in the armory log I deposited 1 of that item....

It shows all items individually, which makes sense since each weapon is selected individually and has unique stats? The time stamp on both logs is identical, so all the donated items should show up on the Armory logs page.

These are your logs. Can you please provide the Faction armory logs that show just one donation?
