Dont know if this is an actual bug or im just misunderstanding things but i got -19 addiction, used 50 jp on R&R special. No addiction reduction occured.

The effectiveness break up is from yesterday 6 PM TCT. There's also natural addiction decay that takes place around 4 AM TCT iirc. When did you try using the job special? If you tried it after 4 AM today, it is likely that the addiction was already removed due to natural decay and you will see the updated Addiction after today's report.

I checked my effectiveness and did the special as almost the same time as of making this thread (more or less an hour ago, 2-3 min difference)
So if i understand this right. The company effectiveness is updated daily? Per report? I will wait then. Thanks!

The logs show that the special did go through and removed the addiction that you had. This will be updated in the Efficiency drop down after today's company report.
