I bought an Item on the market, especifically a DP (Donator Pack), around 24-25M and I didn't get the item, the purchase was yesterday, gave it a while for it could be with a delay or something, but up until now I got nothing, no product or money.

This is a well known scam where the seller places a cheaper but similar looking item at the top of his bazaar, you need to be careful while making the purchase. The system gives you warning like this when you are trying to buy an overpriced item:
