Simply one really how do you get banned from someone's bazaar and how do you ban someone yourself

Somewhat true, but not completely. Go to your enemies list and you will see a button to either "Allow Exchanges" or "Disallow Exchanges". This will toggle the ability for your enemies to purchase things from your Bazaar.
Adding someone to your enemy list will ban them from your bazaar, similarly you can't use the bazaar of someone else if you're on their enemy list.
