Todays race https://www.torn.com/loader.php?sid=racing&tab=log&raceID=4689423 shows I won despite exact same time

but my events says it different: You came 2nd in the Underdog race and have received 2 racing points! Your best lap was 01:29.37. [View]

Is it a bug/error ?

Can I get back 1 point and 1 win on my car ?

There's a confirmed report on this topic here. Devs are aware of the issue. For the reference, the events are always correct. The racing page shows different result in case of near same second finish, this is a visual glitch.
