I feel like there should be a notification for people with OC perms saying "X is ready for initiation".

There are already notifications for when people apply to join, I feel like it is similarly useful. Just like a little "1" on the faction tab would be enough, doesn't need to be too intrusive.

I would say yes to this...so you got a R+ but there is also the option of a discord bot if you have a discord channel...

Discord isn't part of torn though, not everyone has it/checks it all the time

Each player should be able to trigger the OC

Each faction can give perms to whoever they want, so whoever has permission will get the notification and be able to initiate and replan the OC
