My title of Nudist hasn't changed for a long time. When I check my stats, I have not made an unarmored attack in 6 months. Could this be a bug?

The title system is working fine. You are probably way higher ranked in unarmoured attacks and your other category ranks are much lower. It can take ages to get rid of a title if you are ranked too high.
