How many times have you died on the first bullet? How many times did you find yourself playing the same player repeatedly in a burning rage as you search for the sweet victory that ends with you losing 7 in a row because of the RNG gods? How many times did you want to rub your victory into the losers face?
A chat window for the RR room you are in would make RR more of a dynamic social experience, somewhat like the poker rooms, as opposed to it just being a button clicking roll-the-dice simulator.
I recognize that you can just go open up a chat from the player's profile. However, this is an extra step that would
(1) take you away from the RR game for mobile
(2) not reflect the generally short nature of RR
